We work at the intersection of research, advocacy, leadership development, and civic education — all focused exclusively on the emancipation and advancement of FCT original inhabitants.
Our key pillars: Indigenous Equity, Leadership & Governance Education, Research & Policy Advocacy, and Cultural Preservation.
The Institute is currently advertising 20 open positions across its Board of Trustees, Advisory Board, and Secretariat. Applications accepted 2 March – 15 April 2026.
